If you are using Creator Version 6, then the built-in function to GetOrgVariable from Zoho CRM no longer works.

I have created a workaround lesson for this and it is at the top of the course under the introduction. I have also updated the lesson notes on the lessons where we use "zoho.crm.getOrgVariable()".
