I have got everything working in lesson 10, 11 and 12 but have problems with the outputs.

With Document uploads the item status updates as does the client IP address, but the response date field and the client response_Uploads_URL's remain blank.

With both the questions and approvals they are the same as above but the Client IP Address remains blank.

I have gone over the code several times but cannot see my error.

Can you think of where I should be looking?
