Custom Module and Custom Email and Phone Field Support

You can follow the above instructions to create your own workflow rule to run on Contacts, Deals, Leads, Accounts, Vendors, or any other module if you want the automation to be triggered for custom phone number fields as well. Just be sure to switch off any conflicting workflow rules that are included by us as standard.
